Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Internal Audit Professional Practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the internal audit function and assist in developing IA strategy and vision
• Manage the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program and enhance data analytics and AI capabilities
• Interface with external parties and report to senior management and the Audit Committee

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Experience in financial services, particularly mortgage origination and servicing operations
• Hands-on experience with audit management systems and data analytics tools
• Knowledge of internal auditing standards and applicable laws and regulations
