Job Summary
To enhance coding expertise in a flexible remote environment, the Certified Interventional Radiology Coder will code and audit surgical profee records across various specialties, including interventional radiology and cardiology, while maintaining high-quality standards and productivity targets.
Key responsibilities
- Code and audit interventional radiology, cardiology, and other surgical profee records
- Ensure coding quality meets or exceeds 95% accuracy while achieving client productivity targets
- Utilize office software and remote connectivity tools for effective communication and data management
Required qualifications
- AHIMA or AAPC certification
- Minimum of 3 years of coding experience, specifically in interventional radiology and related fields
- Technical competency with remote-based connectivity tools
- Proficiency in office software, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to maintain a committed regular schedule with reliable attendance
