Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chairperson I.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions at full board meetings and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Oversee the review and triaging of research submissions and amendments
• Consult with sponsors and investigators on clinical and regulatory affairs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1+ years of chairing IRB meetings or similar experience; 3+ years in institutional IRB or clinical research
• Advanced knowledge of human subject protection regulations in the U.S. and Canada
• Moderate computer skills, including MS Office experience
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) certification within 2 years of employment
