Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Meeting Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentors and trains Meeting Coordinators, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Coordinates the IRB meeting workflow, including reviewing submissions and preparing informed consent forms
• Conducts pre-reviews of consent forms for regulatory compliance and maintains knowledge of relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent experience in a clinical research setting
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or completion of CIP within one year of eligibility
• Minimum of two years of experience in technical/medical writing and/or editing
• 1-2 years of IRB experience
• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and remote meeting applications
