Job Summary

Seeking a Certified Ivalua Functional Administrator, the full-time remote position will manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform while collaborating with procurement leads and user communities to align system functionalities with business requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the Ivalua S2P platform, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies
  • Collaborate with sector procurement leads and external partners to support enterprise-wide business requirements and manage new functionalities
  • Translate complex business requirements into sustainable system configurations and maintain operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 8 years of experience or equivalent
  • Valid Ivalua Functional Certification is mandatory
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement system administration specifically within the Ivalua platform
  • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of S2P processes and leading at least one full-scale Ivalua implementation or major version upgrade
  • Expert-level knowledge of Ivalua's functional configuration tools and procurement business processes
