Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Coach to work with corporate clients in a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching to clients to enhance leadership skills and team performance
• Develop personalized development plans and track client progress
• Utilize technology to engage with clients and deliver coaching sessions

Required Qualifications

• Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited organization and 10+ years of management experience, or an MBA with 20+ years of senior management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience coaching managers and leaders
• Strong coaching skills in various leadership and management areas
• Active membership in a professional coaching organization is a plus
