Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized 1:1 leadership coaching to professionals
• Support clients in developing core leadership capabilities and create actionable development plans
• Maintain consistent communication to align coaching goals with client needs

Required Qualifications

• Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited program and 10+ years of management experience, or an MBA with 20+ years of senior leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience coaching managers, leaders, and high-potential professionals
• Client testimonials or references reflecting the impact of coaching work
• Active membership in a professional coaching organization is a plus
