Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to provide administrative support for employees' leave of absence requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise employees and managers on leave policies and processes
- Track employee absences and resolve related issues
- Coordinate the leave process, including eligibility verification and communication with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of leave of absence processing or HR experience, or High School diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of absence processing experience required
- Ability to navigate web-based software and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of federal and state leave laws and client leave policies
- Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) designation required within 12 months of hire
