Certified Life Care Planner Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Supervisor responsible for building and leading a cohesive Expert team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve billing reports and time off requests for Experts
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with Experts to promote growth and address issues
• Coordinate training, certification requirements, and onboarding/offboarding processes for Experts and contractors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Masters in a related field required
• Certified Life Care Planner and/or Vocational Expert
• Experience as a Life Care Planner
• Deep understanding of subject matter relevant to legal cases
• Ability to provide unbiased opinions and maintain professional neutrality
