Certified Life Coach (Bilingual)

Job Summary

To support a global coaching team, the full-time Certified Life Coach (Bilingual) will provide remote coaching via phone and video, focusing on wellness, life coaching, and tobacco cessation programs while maintaining client relationships and ensuring engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of coaching products, including wellness, life coaching, and tobacco cessation programs
• Establish and maintain relationships with coaching clients while tracking their progress according to departmental standards
• Implement a client-centered motivational interviewing coaching model and assist clients in engaging with coaching services

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Three to five years of experience in coaching and/or health and wellness
• Professional coaching certification and a graduate certificate from a coaching training program, such as ICF certification or NBHWC health and wellness coaching certification
• Experience in mindfulness, resilience training, and tobacco cessation
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to navigate various databases effectively
