Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level2 Lifestyle Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured coaching sessions via phone, chat, and group formats
• Tailor sessions based on member tenure, Time in Range (TIR), and Stage of Change
• Guide goal-setting using realistic, measurable, and meaningful health outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) or working on attaining it
• 1+ years of coaching/behavior change experience with proven results
• Experience working with groups and individuals virtually
• Experience working in a healthcare environment regulated by HIPAA
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
