Certified Managing Consultant

Job Summary

To drive growth and exceed client delivery expectations, the full-time remote Certified Managing Consultant will lead projects, contribute to solution development, and mentor team members while collaborating with clients to create actionable results.

Key responsibilities:

• Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to demonstrate value to clients
• Ensure client deliverables meet expectations through effective project management and communication with stakeholders
• Provide mentoring and training to consulting staff while contributing to practice development and innovative solution strategies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active credential from AHIMA, AAPC, or ACDIS and/or RN or LPN strongly preferred
• Strong subject matter expertise in CDI, UR, Denials Management, Value Based Care, and Risk Adjustment models
• Proven foundational consulting skills, including analytical and critical thinking
• Strong project management skills with client management experience
