Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between patients and their care team
• Manage patient scheduling, prescription fulfillment, and coordinate with external providers
• Provide administrative support to clinicians and assist with clinical data collection

Required Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certificate (CMA) is required
• At least two years of experience in a primary care, obesity medicine, or endocrinology practice
• Experience with prescription prior authorization processes is a plus
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace
