Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proactive Titration Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients to discuss medication titration recommendations and ensure adherence to treatment plans
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols
• Provide timely and empathetic communication with patients and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Active certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited association
• 5+ years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care, preferably in cardiology or nephrology
• Experience maintaining HIPAA-compliant environments
• Must have a HIPAA-compliant home office setup with reliable internet
• Strong track record of managing responsibilities independently and effectively
