Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant / Patient Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding digital and phone-based support to patients with empathy and professionalism
• Guide patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and lab work
• Review and interpret lab results under provider guidance and facilitate communication between patients and providers

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - required
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, lab testing, and treatment workflows
• Proficient in EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving technologies and processes
