Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant to provide medication support and enhance member services in a telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between members, providers, and pharmacies to troubleshoot prescription issues
• Communicate effectively with pharmacies and medical staff to resolve medication access issues
• Assist with medication reconciliation and contribute to process enhancements in medication support workflows

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a CMA or RMA, specifically in a MOUD or MAT program
• At least 2 years of telehealth experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use treatment
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications, and healthcare practices
• Experience with EHR systems and pharmacy coordination
• Medical Assistant Certification recognized by a national organization (CMA, CCMA, NCMA, RMA, etc.)
