Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate and provide support to members through chat, email, and phone
Relay member needs to providers and correspond with pharmacies for prescription issues
Facilitate video drug screens and assist members with their drug screening needs

Required Qualifications:

National Medical Assistant Certification
One or more years of healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or behavioral health care is a plus
Passionate about providing excellent customer service to diverse populations
