Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant (MA) for a Primary Care Virtualist Practice - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients and the community respectfully
• Prepare and review patient charts for upcoming visits, ensuring all medical records are accurate and up to date
• Measure vital signs and perform clerical duties such as inventory checks and answering phones

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Degree or GED
• Active Medical Assisting certification from an accredited organization
• BLS Basic Life Support certification (required at hire for certain locations)
• One year of medical assistant healthcare experience (preferred)
• Two years of clerical experience in a physician's office (preferred)
