Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and support patients in navigating their health needs and care plans
• Coordinate care and communication between patients, providers, and community resources
• Document all patient interactions and assessments accurately in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active and current Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and primary care workflows
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and patient education principles
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
