Job Summary

To support a growing virtual clinic, the full-time Certified Medical Assistant / Care Coordinator will bridge the gap between clinicians and patients by managing telehealth intake, coordinating care, and ensuring high patient satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth intake appointments to assess patient goals and explain service offerings
• Manage the scheduling lifecycle, oversee lab orders, and maintain accurate EHR profiles
• Engage with patients to drive care initiation and track behavioral goals through outreach

Required qualifications

• Current and valid National Medical Assistant Certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
• 3+ years in direct patient care, care coordination, or digital health
• Proven ability to meet or exceed measurable KPIs related to patient engagement and satisfaction
• Experience managing a high volume of patient interactions efficiently
• Proficiency with EHR/CRM platforms and telehealth software
