Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary

Providing concierge-level clinical care, the full-time Certified Medical Assistant will communicate with members about their medical history and results, maintain medical records, and serve as a liaison with radiology partners while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with members regarding their medical history and results
• Maintain and update medical records and assist with administrative tasks related to member care
• Collaborate with the medical team and contribute to clinical research initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant degree with certification
• Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience with excellent clinical skills
• Knowledgeable and comfortable with telehealth platforms and multiple applications
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics (preferred)
• Experience with clinical research (preferred)
