Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual clinic, the full-time Certified Medical Assistant will manage patient care tasks, including scheduling visits and conducting initial surveys, while working remotely Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm MST.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and verify patient information, schedule appointments, and prepare patients for physician visits
• Document patient symptoms, record vitals, and maintain communication with healthcare providers
• Schedule follow-up appointments and perform administrative tasks such as chart checks and appointment confirmations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
• 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Cardiology
• Experience providing virtual care to patients
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
