Job Summary
To ensure timely and high-quality member care, the full-time hourly Member Care Coordinator will manage critical clinical workflows, facilitate communication between clinical and coaching teams, and oversee medication access processes in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute clinical administrative workflows to resolve readiness barriers and accelerate member access to care
- Prepare clinical documents and triage member needs to enhance provider workflow efficiency
- Manage the medication access workflow, including Prior Authorization submissions and coordination with clinicians
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a formal medical assisting program; national certification (CMA or RMA) preferred
- Familiarity with case management systems, EHR, and PA/e-prescribing platforms
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service or patient advocacy, preferably in healthcare
- Proven ability to manage complex processes requiring follow-up and persistence
- Exceptional communication skills for handling challenging calls and messages professionally
