Job Summary

To ensure timely and high-quality member care, the full-time hourly Member Care Coordinator will manage critical clinical workflows, facilitate communication between clinical and coaching teams, and oversee medication access processes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute clinical administrative workflows to resolve readiness barriers and accelerate member access to care
  • Prepare clinical documents and triage member needs to enhance provider workflow efficiency
  • Manage the medication access workflow, including Prior Authorization submissions and coordination with clinicians
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of a formal medical assisting program; national certification (CMA or RMA) preferred
  • Familiarity with case management systems, EHR, and PA/e-prescribing platforms
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service or patient advocacy, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes requiring follow-up and persistence
  • Exceptional communication skills for handling challenging calls and messages professionally
