Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care operation, the full-time Certified Medical Assistant will manage pre-visit planning, assist with telehealth visits, and coordinate care while ensuring compliance with documentation standards in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive pre-visit planning and organize clinical documentation for provider review
• Assist with live telehealth visits and follow up with patients and providers post-visit
• Coordinate care transitions and support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, CMAA, or NCMA)
• Minimum of three years of experience in a hybrid and/or fully remote role
• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a virtual environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
