Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary

Providing remote support to patients nationwide, the full-time Senior Medical Assistant will manage medication adherence, reconciliation, and refill requests while ensuring high-quality customer service and collaboration with healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer telephonic and electronic messages related to patient refill requests and schedule outpatient visits as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs while advocating for patients and identifying barriers to medication access
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff members and actively participate in team meetings and quality initiatives

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST
• Must be 18 years of age or older
