Job Summary

Detail-oriented and patient-focused, the full-time Virtual Care Enrollment Coordinator will guide new patients through the enrollment process for remote patient monitoring, ensuring a smooth initial device setup while working independently in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial enrollment calls with new patients and explain the remote patient monitoring program
• Walk patients through the setup of remote monitoring devices and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Verify and document patient information in the EHR/RPM platform while coordinating with clinical staff for a seamless onboarding experience

Required qualifications

• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Prior experience with remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or virtual care programs
• Experience with EHR systems and enrollment or intake workflows
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing a variable daily workload
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
