Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and coordinate health care services and referrals for assigned patients
• Ensure coordination of patient care and flow of information by delivering clear messages and documenting information
• Utilize computer programs to schedule, update, and cancel appointments while maintaining accurate registration data

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have a CMA or RMA certification from a recognized national organization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
• Experience answering phones and utilizing electronic messaging systems
