Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) for an outpatient clinic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and clerical support to healthcare providers in managing outpatient patient care
• Act as a patient advocate, facilitating communication and care delivery among patients, families, and staff
• Manage clinic workflows and resources while maintaining operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NRCMA, etc.) from an accredited organization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience in both front and back-office clinical settings preferred
• Ability to perform clinical procedures under the supervision of a healthcare provider
