Job Summary
A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant for a remote, full-time, entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing proactive services to patients through monthly calls, including assessing health status, providing education, setting goals, closing care gaps, and empowering behavior changes
- Communicate with patients' medical providers regarding symptoms and medication access, and share community resource options
- Create and maintain care plans using proprietary software, achieve monthly call goals, and maintain productivity and quality metrics
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
- 2 or more years of experience in healthcare or a related field
- Family practice, internal medicine, and geriatrics office experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time, have a home office with high-speed internet, and proficient computer skills
