Certified Medical Assistant Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMA Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for escalations for the Medical Assistant team members
• Provide backup support for the Medical Assistant team and assist in supervising clinic staff performance
• Schedule patient appointments, document medical information, and maintain patient charts

Required Qualifications

• Current CMA/RMA certification
• 2+ years of experience as a CMA/RMA
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends
• Professional experience with EMRs, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in a medical office and knowledge of medical terminology
