A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant, Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels
• Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests and prepare them accordingly
• Provide administrative support to clinical staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D and HIPAA regulations
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license and a nationally recognized Medical Assistant certificate required
