Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Navigator - Certified Biller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and vet medical claims from HCPs or patients against program-specific business rules to determine payment eligibility
• Provide support for customer requests through various communication channels
• Identify operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in claim processing is required
• Active Medical Billing Certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Medical Billing experience is required; infusion or hospital billing experience is preferred
• Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and HIPAA trained
