Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage billing operations, including claims submission and payment processing
• Ensure accurate coding with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS systems to optimize revenue
• Establish scalable workflows for multi-state billing complexities and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent certification in medical coding
• 3-5 years of experience in medical coding and billing, with expertise in Medicare and Medicaid
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring teams and improving operational workflows
• Advanced proficiency with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems and medical billing software
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance guidelines
