Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance carriers and third-party payers
• Review charges for accuracy and compliance with coding standards
• Resolve claim denials and follow up on unpaid claims for optimal reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience in a multi-specialty or large practice
• Certification as a Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or similar credential
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD 10, and HCPCS coding principles
• Proficiency with EMR and practice management systems
