Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coder 3 to manage coding tasks for various medical services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to track and complete coding assignments
• Review medical records to assign appropriate ICD-10 CM/PCS/CPT and HCPCS codes
• Mentor and train other coders while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining data integrity

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Associate's Degree or Diploma School Program (Preferred)
• Certification such as CPC, CSS, CCA, RHIT, RHIA, or CPMA (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coding (Required)
• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding (Required)
