Certified Medical Coding Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Coding Analyst - Edit Configuration UAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track department workload, redistributing and escalating issues as necessary
• Create and execute testing procedures to ensure the accuracy and quality of editing logic modifications
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members while collaborating across various departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current nursing certification or coding credential (CCS, CCS-P, CPC, RHIA/RHIT) required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare and medical coding
• 2 years of experience in testing (QA or UAT); claim editing experience preferred
• Basic SQL proficiency and intermediate proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite required
