Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Coding Integrity, Director - External.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of External Audits, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively
• Manage and track performance of direct reports and offshore teams, implementing quality standards and productivity benchmarks
• Coordinate resources and facilitate customer meetings, while assisting with team management and training compliance

Required Qualifications

• Approved AHIMA or AAPC coding credential
• Minimum 5 years of coding experience
• Minimum 4 years of auditing experience
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum 2 years of remote work experience
