A company is looking for a Medical Coding Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide educational support for coding and billing practices, including creating lesson plans and teaching materials
• Train new providers and faculty on various coding practices related to their specialties
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical departments to design and deliver relevant training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience may substitute for education requirement
• 6 years of related experience in a healthcare setting
• Certified Professional Coder with active AAPC membership, or CCS-P with active AHIMA membership
