A company is looking for a Medical Coding Service Customer Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding medical coding inquiries and ensure their needs are met
• Lead and manage multiple customer projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful outcomes
• Analyze coding performance reports and present findings to management and stakeholders for strategic improvement

Required Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification is required
• 3-5 years of medical coding experience
• Client service experience
• Experience working with cross-functional groups to achieve common goals
• Experience communicating with stakeholders
