Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Coding Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Read and analyze patient records to determine correct codes
• Accurately code healthcare claims for specialty services and submit clean claims for payment
• Monitor and correct claim denials while assisting with provider education and maintaining compliance with coding guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Coding Certification from a nationally recognized coding institution
• 3 years of professional coding experience
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and insurance regulations
