Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding clinical software via email, phone, and screen share
• Manage a high-volume case load while ensuring timely communication and resolution
• Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with teams for support and education

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS
• Strong understanding of radiation oncology treatment planning workflows
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Consistent availability during standard working hours
• Preferred experience includes 5+ years in clinical dosimetry and CMD credential
