Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Manager for Language and Accessibility Services in the Patient Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Language Assistance Program
- Monitor compliance with LEP and accessibility policies
- Conduct in-services to educate staff on language access resources and protocols
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with direct patient contact
- Certification as a Translator or Medical Interpreter
- Experience in Spanish, Russian, Arabic, or Bengali preferred
- Supervisory experience is preferred
