Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Manager for Language and Accessibility Services in the Patient Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Language Assistance Program
  • Monitor compliance with LEP and accessibility policies
  • Conduct in-services to educate staff on language access resources and protocols
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with direct patient contact
  • Certification as a Translator or Medical Interpreter
  • Experience in Spanish, Russian, Arabic, or Bengali preferred
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
