Overseeing the daily operations of Medical Staff Services, the full-time salaried Senior Manager Medical Staff Services will manage personnel, prepare departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the Medical Staff Services department
• Supervise personnel and manage departmental budget preparation
• Provide administrative assistance to medical staff to support their duties and obligations

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Professional Medical Services Management upon hire
• 3 years of supervisory experience; 5 years preferred
• 5 years of medical staff experience
