Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day operations, the full-time salaried Certified Medical Staff Manager will provide direction for Medical Staff Services in the South Eastern WA region, supervising personnel and preparing departmental budgets in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise departmental operations and personnel
• Prepare and oversee the departmental budget
• Ensure administrative support functions comply with Medical Staff Bylaws and Regulations

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Professional Medical Services Management upon hire
• 3 years of supervisory experience; 5 years preferred
• 5 years of experience in Medical Staff Services
