Certified Medical Staff Manager

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the full-time remote Certified Medical Staff Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of Medical Staff Services, supervise personnel, and prepare departmental budgets to support the medical staff in fulfilling their duties as defined by the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage departmental operations and ensure compliance with medical staff bylaws
• Supervise personnel and provide administrative assistance to the medical staff
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget effectively

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Professional Medical Services Management upon hire
• 3 years of supervisory experience; 5 years preferred
• 5 years of medical staff experience
