Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day operations, the full-time salaried Senior Manager Medical Staff Services will provide direction for Medical Staff Services in the South Eastern WA region, supervising personnel and managing the departmental budget in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the administrative functions that support the medical staff in fulfilling their duties as per Medical Staff Bylaws and Regulations
• Supervise departmental personnel and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Professional Medical Services Management upon hire
• 3 years of supervisory experience; 5 years preferred
• 5 years of experience in Medical Staff Services
