Job Summary

Overseeing the Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern WA region, the full-time Senior Manager Medical Staff Services will manage departmental operations, supervise personnel, and prepare the departmental budget in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of Medical Staff Services, ensuring compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations
• Supervise and support departmental personnel to enhance performance and service delivery
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, aligning resources with operational needs

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Professional Medical Services Management certification upon hire
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience; 5 years preferred
• 5 years of experience in Medical Staff Services
