Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guidance on pregnancy wellness, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and lactation support
• Identify member needs requiring clinical evaluation beyond wellness scope
• Contribute to program protocol, AI development, and quality review while supporting operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted CNM licensure and national certification through AMCB
• IBCLC certification
• Experience in telehealth or digital health
• 3+ years of clinical experience in postpartum care, lactation, and midwifery preferred
• Strong commitment to data security and privacy
