Certified Nurse-Midwife Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care service, the part-time independent contractor Birth Planning Specialist (Certified Nurse-Midwife or Nurse Practitioner) will provide 60-minute education appointments on the birth process, capture documentation in the practice management system, and collaborate with the Care Delivery team to meet member needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual education appointments covering labor, delivery preferences, and postpartum considerations
• Document encounter summaries in the practice management system, MPractice
• Work with the Care Delivery team to ensure comprehensive member care and referrals

Required qualifications:

• Licensed as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
• Must reside in the United States and be in good standing with medical boards
• At least 3 years of experience as an independently licensed provider
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telehealth space
• Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week
