Certified OASIS Coding Reviewer

Job Summary

Certified OASIS Coding Reviewer is a remote, part-time position responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, assigning ICD-10 codes, and assessing OASIS items for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient records at OASIS timepoints and ensure coding accuracy
• Communicate with internal and agency clinical staff as needed
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and participate in meetings

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Minimum of 5 years recent coding and OASIS review experience
• Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and compliance guidelines
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace strongly preferred
